Penny has been a naturopath through CityLife Community Care for over a decade. Penny has a special interest in lifestyle coaching, with particular focus on optimising diet, exercise and sleep quality, as well as stress management,
as these factors impact upon many conditions in clinic.

With a special interest in the formative years, Penny works with mothers and families to help form healthy lifestyle habits in children for the wellbeing of
the adults that they will become.

Evidence based medicine is a priority for Penny. Being trained in complementary medicine, Penny is able to work as a team with your doctor to ensure you can access the best of both systems. The field of complementary medicine has now attracted substantial amounts of high quality clinical trials, Penny keeps up to date with research in natural medicine and will utilise those herbal medicines and nutritional supplements with supporting evidence.

Penny holds a Bachelor of Naturopathy and is qualified in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Relaxation Massage. Through attending training seminars
and workshops Penny continually expands her knowledge.

Penny loves children. She

  • has lead Mainly Music sessions through Crossway Baptist Church
     – an interactive music program for mothers and pre-schoolers

  • has lead play groups

  • has served on management committee of kinder and school

  • serves as a Sunday School teacher

  • treasures the opportunity of being a Mum
